TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMMISSIONS

  • Prices are subject to change based on each project.

​

  • I will take the commission only if It lines up with my musical style or if I feel confident that I could create the music. I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

01
GENERAL TERMS

​

  • Commissions must be paid in full (100%) before starting the projects. 

​

  • Send me the Payment only after I have agreed to take on the commission and give you a time slot or after the payment was requested.

PAYMENT

  • The general process for the commission is 1) Song draft 2) Approval from client 3) One free revision (if needed) 4) Mixing & Mastering 5) Finished.

​

  • Once the project is finished, you will receive a high-resolution audio file (Lossless .wav). 24-bit 48000 kHz. 

​

  • Delivery time will mostly be between 7-10 days from the day I start your project. However, depending on the time slot and the current situation, you might have to wait up to 8 weeks.

PROCESS & DELIVERY

  • You get one free revision included in the price.

​

  • Additional revisions can be arranged with an additional fee
    ($25 for each extra revision)

​

  • If the revision is unreasonable (eg. change the full song that has been approved, change the style/instruments of music completely, etc.) I will not do the revision and no refund will be given back.

REVISIONS

  • I, "Fenvalur" (the composer & producer):

    • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.​

    • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned music. 

    • I reserved the right to post the commissioned music online (Soundcloud, Twitter & Website) and in my portfolio.

​

  • You (the customer/commissioner):

    • You may use the music in any of your socials/videos/content with credit to the composer.

    • You may NOT make profits directly from the commissioned music (reselling, redistributing) or claim that the music was produced by you.

​

  • If you want the full rights to the music, the commercial rights to the music can be discussed further with an additional fee.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

  • The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.

​

  • If I am unable to start your commission due to any reason, you will receive a full refund.

​

  • If you cancel the order before I started the project. A full refund will be given.

​

  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

How do I become a freelance music composer?

​

I grow up with music. Music was my hobby since the start of my childhood. Anyway, I did go to the university and graduated from a Pharmaceutical industry school. However, I have decided to pursue a music career (things I truly loved) again. And here I am :)

Which musical style did you specialize in?

​

I specialized in Orchestral music. I love orchestration and I just love orchestra music in general. Sometimes I will incorporate electronics or ethnic instruments into my music also! I take inspiration mostly from Game & Anime soundtracks (Final Fantasy, Nier, Genshin Impact, Violet evergarden, etc.)

How do you make music? Which program did you use?

​

I use Cubase Pro 12 as my DAW (Digital audio workstation). I also use a High-end orchestral library (Spitfire, Orchestral tools, VSL, Native instruments, Audio imperia, Eastwest, etc.) for my music. I record each part of my arrangement with my MIDI keyboard and my aim is to create music that sounds as humanly & organic as possible. 

Did you play any instruments?

​

I learn and play piano since I was 6 years old. I studied classical piano and I was in a High school music band (as a keyboard player), performing on the school's orchestra (as a pianist). I am also an official member of my University's music club (Prince of Songkla University, Thailand) and bands.

Did you take a commission?
